I have narrowed it to down to NVIDIA cards rendering in iDVD. I have done extensive research and testing into this, as it affects my business. If you are importing photos, there is a really nasty bug where the photos become black and white once on iDVD. I keep it under 6 chapters so it does not waste space and create a second chapter menu screen. ![]() I import the video file (with chapter markers made in FCPX) into iDVD and make the menu with songs, chapter names, AND slideshow. It isn't large and clunky like the propres files are. I export an 720p HD file (for apple devices) from final cut. ![]() Unfortunately, Apple thinks it does not need to incorporate a DVD menu option into Final Cut X. I still use iDVD and made a post about this earlier this year.
